You can upload and update your resume anytime in
the CV section (sign-in and click the "Enter" button which appears at the bottom of this page once you signed in). By choosing a confidentiality level you can control the level of access recruiters will have to your CV. There are following 3 access levels (see "My Career Profile"):

1. Public:
Your career profile and CV are visible by the
recruiters via the CV search.

2. Semi-confidential:
Your career profile is visible by the recruiters but
anonymously. The recruiters can not see your name, contact details and CV, they can just contact you by email to ask you for your CV. It allows you to choose if you want to give your contact details and CV company by company.

3. Confidential:
Your are not visible at all by the recruiters.
