SAMBA offers following event services to Alumni Chapters:
1. Online Registration
- Credit Card Payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
- Weekly updates on number of registrations
- List of participants after registration closing
- Handling of refunds if necessary via ebanking
- Customer service: response within less than 4 hours
2. Event Communication
- Event displayed on SAMBA website
- Event pictures, e.g. speaker
- Event details: schedule, location, how to-enroll etc.
- Google map for event location
- etc.
