SAMBA offers following event services to Alumni Chapters:

1. Online Registration

• Credit Card Payment: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
• Weekly updates on number of registrations
• List of participants after registration closing
• Handling of refunds if necessary via ebanking
• Customer service: response within less than 4 hours

2. Event Communication

• Event displayed on SAMBA website
  
• Event pictures, e.g. speaker
• Event details: schedule, location, how to-enroll etc.
• Google map for event location
• etc.
