Dear SAMBA Member,
With the SAMBA Quarterly Update I'd like to highlight new initiatives we are undertaking to grow the SAMBA community and provide relevant services to you. This edition is about a new career service offered to SAMBA members.
New: Online CV Posting
After the successful first edition of the Swiss MBA Career Forum 2010 on March 26 with more than 100 participants (pictures), SAMBA will continue to offer opportunities to connect you with top employers. Therefore a new "Careers" section has been added to the SAMBA website giving you the opportunity to share your CV online with recruiters while ensuring that you keep full control over the distribution of your resume. You can choose among following confidentiality levels for your resume to be visible to recruiters:
1. Public:
Your career profile and CV are visible by the recruiters
via the CV search.
2.
Semi-confidential:
Your career profile is visible by the
recruiters but anonymously. The recruiters can not see your name, contact details
and CV, they can just contact you by email to ask you
for your CV. It allows you to choose if you want to give your contact
details and CV company by company.
3. Confidential:
Your are not visible at all by the recruiters.
There are already more than 320 resumes from recent grads as well as experienced hires uploaded. To upload your resume visit the Careers section (click here). This service is offered by www.mba-exchange.com in collaboration with JAC.
Besides offering this online tool, we will continue to offer events for both recent grads as well as senior executives to connect you with industry leading companies. As always, your ideas and initiatives in this area are much appreciated.
